The Rosciolis and the Bakery
Bread making, the art of bakery, flour… These are the passions that we’ve handed down through four generations, with simple and authentic rituals: baking bread every morning, listening to our customers’ demands and stories, giving them a smile and a sincere “good morning”.
Our story is intertwined with the history of the city, and it starts when Marco Roscioli buys out a very ancient bakery – whose original structure dates back to 1824 – to give every day to his countrymen the best bread. Many years have passed, and Antico Forno Roscioli saw the arrival of Anna, Pierluigi, Alessandro and Maria Elena.
Of course, tradition has a very important role in our story. The same tradition we learnt when we were children, spending our time at the bakery, listening to the advices of our predecessors.
However, we can’t deny that the road we’ve chosen is also made of evolution, the fundamental element which allowed us to maintain our products always up-to-date, and to keep tempting you every day.
Our secret? Maybe it’s in our philosophy, in considering our job not actually like a job, but as a real art.
